This delightful stone-built mid-terrace holiday home is situated on the edge of the charming village of Landrake, ten miles from the many leisure facilities of Plymouth. Nearby you will find the romantic fishing port of Looe and the gorgeous beaches of Downderry and Seaton, and just a short drive away are the lovely villages of Cawsand and Kingsand and the superb golfing facilities of St Mellion Golf Club.

Storage heaters throughout ground floor with oil-filled electric radiators in bedrooms and living flame-effect fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled garden with patio area, garden furniture, BBQ and small summer house. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to the unfenced pond this property only accepts children aged 5 yrs and over. Note: The main road passes the rear of the property some 400 yards away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
This was a lovely cottage with an interesting history. It is in a quiet village with a friendly pub and local residents. Good distance for lots of interesting villages and close to large supermarkets. Distance to main road is no problem as cars can not be heard.

,The cottage is in a lovely location, everyone at the village shop was helpful and friendly. The cottage was absolutely spotless, it gleamed. The little summerhouse in the garden was small but lovely to catch some afternoon sun. The cottage has a lovely atmosphere and a historical feel too.
