3 Dartmoor Lodge is a detached holiday lodge on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Park near to Gunnislake in Cornwall. It has four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) which with the addition of two family bathrooms makes it suitable for eight people. Also in the lodge are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with doors to a decked area that has a hot tub. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the estate grounds. With so much to do close by and with all of Cornwall to explore, 3 Dartmoor Lodge is bound to please.

Full central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD. All power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. The owner provides pay-as-you-go membership for 2 adults and 4 children to the China Fleet Country Club, which allows full use of the club and all its leisure facilities at discounted rates.Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked area with hot tub, shared use of site grounds. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site pub 3 mins walk, nearest village shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Guests are responsible for simple daily testing of the hot tub. Full instructions are provided in the cottage.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
