Decorated to a very high standard and well furnished throughout, this lovely property boasts an open-plan living-area with well-equipped modern fitted kitchen and dining table. This wonderful cottage is situated in an excellent spot close to local amenities and various activities in the wider region. This is a great base for people looking to explore the world-renowned Eden Project, Charlestown’s Tall Ships or some of the many other fantastic activities on offer in Cornwall.

Storage heaters in every room with heated towel rail in bathroom. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV/DVD/video player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Adjacent private parking for 1 small car, parking permit provided for 1 car in public car park 4 mins walk from cottage. Small sitting out area with 2 garden chairs, bench and flower pots and tubs. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: The walkway to the cottage is via a cobbled pathway, a ramp and 2 steps. Ensure care is taken. A car can be driven right to front door if required.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Great to be within walking distance of the shops and eateries in Mevagissey. The house was very homely and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The house was nice and warm in the evening and cool during the days, which were unseasonably warm.
