59 Valley Lodge is a detached holiday lodge on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Park next to the village of Gunnislake, just five miles from Tavistock. The lodge has one double bedroom, one twin, two singles and two family bathrooms, which makes it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and extensive views. With off road parking and shared use of the site facilities, 59 Valley Lodge is a lovely family holiday home in a fabulous part of the country.

Electric central heating (October to mid June), oil filled radiators in bedrooms, electric heaters in sitting room and bathroom available all year round. Electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV, DVD. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. The owner provides pay-as-you-go membership at the China Fleet Country Club, which allows full use of the club and all its leisure facilities at discounted rates. Ample off road parking. Shared use of estate grounds. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Note: This property is accessed via 23 steps and may not be suitable for the less mobile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
It was peaceful and scenic. On arriving we had a feeling of comfort. A home-from-home atmosphere. The information pack was informative and the accommodation was well located to be able to get to quite a few of the surrounding tourist sites without having to travel far distances. We will definitely recommend it to friends wanting to visit the area.
