Ash Cottage is one of five cottages set in a courtyard on the edge of the village of Goonhavern near to Perranporth in North Cornwall. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars, a private patio and shared use of a front lawned area with a barbecue and a children’s playground. With its neighbouring cottages, Ash Cottage can sleep a total of thirty people and provide a wonderful base for visiting this part of Cornwall.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated) in separate exterior utility room, TV with Freeview, video, DVD, radio, CD player, WiFi, library of books, guidebooks, videos, games and DVDs. Electricity by meter reading (first £10 inc. in rent), starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. in rent September - March inclusive. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Private enclosed courtyard patio to rear, private patio at front with furniture. Shared lawned garden at front with children’s playground and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Land Rover taxi service available by arrangement with owner, to drop off and collect from different points on coastal path, or for two day unaccompanied excursions to Land’s End and The Lizard at cost of £15 per person, per day (minimum 4 people).

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
