With one double bedroom and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, this cottage makes an ideal base for a romantic retreat. The rest of the cottage is comprised of a compact kitchen with breakfast bar and an upper floor sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is use of a shared patio area with garden furniture and off road parking for one car. Barn Cottage is in an idyllic location near to the southern coast of Cornwall and is a delightful holiday cottage for two people.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The location was excellent, the welcome very friendly and lovely cottage. Really nice after a long drive to arrive to tea, coffee, milk, fresh flowers and fruit too! Great that we could park right outside. Big supermarket just 5 minutes away and only 10 minutes from Falmouth centre.

,The peacefulness was superb but not so far out that we were cut off from people with an excellent Asda just down the road. All the nearest attractions were excellent and within reachable distance. The local pub served good food. The cottage was excellent with a superb shower and jacuzzi bath.
