Beachcomber's Cottage is one of three apartments within a former fisherman's cottage, situated at the foot of the Tregonhawke Cliffs, one mile from Whitsand Bay in Cornwall. This all ground floor apartment sleeps up to four people and has one double bedroom, as well as a family shower room. The apartment also has a fitted galley kitchen, and a sitting room with sofabed. To the outside of this apartment, there is roadside parking on the clifftop. Beachcomber's Cottage is a perfect romantic retreat in a wonderful area.

Electric convector heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour TV, DVD, library of DVDs, books and games. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Roadside parking available 250ft above on clifftop. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children must be supervised due to proximity of open beach and steep cliff path. Note: Property accessed only via steep uneven cliff path and steps, which may not be suitable for the infirm. Note: Winch for assistance with luggage available from May 1st to September 30th each year - outside this time the winch may not be available.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
Everything about this holiday was perfect, from the position of the cottage to the most beautiful outlook. The dogs was made most welcome by the owners of the property and the on-site lifeguards. The owner was always available if we required anything. This could possibly be the most perfect place on earth.

,Fabulous position on the beach with the waves crashing around us when the tide came in. Miles of deserted beach when the tide went out. Can't wait to go back.

,The location of the property is amazing. Not for those that can't cope with the walk down the steep cliff but for those that can - fantastic. The dogs loved playing on the beach which was not crowded, in fact we hardly saw anyone else on it.
