Bethemek is a detached, timber-framed cottage set within a peaceful holiday park, on the outskirts of the town of St Columb Major, 10 miles from Newquay. This cottage sleeps seven people and has three bedrooms consisting of one family room with a double bed, single bed and cot, one ground floor double bedroom and a ground floor twin bedroom, as well as a family shower room and a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a first floor sitting room with doors to a balcony, and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with doors to the patio. Outside, this cottage has ample off road parking, onsite facilities such as FlowRider, golf course, tennis courts and children's club, plus garden furniture, papasol and BBQ. Bethemek is a delightful cottage, ideal for families, who wish to explore this part of Cornwall.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
