Description of property

Brookfield is a modern, semi-detached house backing onto green meadows just a short walk from the village of Tregony in Cornwall. With six bedrooms (two doubles, two twins, a single with a pull out bed and a cot room) as well as two family bathrooms, this cottage can sleep ten people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The cottage also provides a range of beach items including folding chairs, wind breaks, surfboards, buckets and spades etc, and with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beaches of the north and south coast all within a short drive, Brookfield is a fabulous holiday cottage for all of the family.

Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Farm shop 1 mile. Caerhays beach 5 miles. Note: Max 8 adults.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The location was ideal for trips out, hopping here and there. The garden overlooked lovely fields with friendly ponies and lots of wildlife visited the gardens which excited my small daughter. The owner was brilliant - he lived adjacent but was unobtrusive, helpful and friendly. House was well equipped, deceptively large with fantastically sized rooms. Very comfy beds. Hot water and heating abundant. All in all a highly enjoyable trip and very reasonably priced.
