10 Church lane Padstow is a pretty stone terraced Padstow holiday cottage which sleeps 8 situated in the older, more sort after part of Padstow. The cottage has recently been refurbished to create a lovely seaside cottage feel with window seats and wooden floors.
The large Kitchen has a rayburn and is the heart of this well proportioned accommodation which also benefits from a private patio area . The padstow cottage has off street parking for two cars. The holiday cottage has a large open plan living room .The accommodation has four bedrooms and can sleep 8 people with two double bedrooms, a twin and a single with a further adult size pull out single bed. The upstairs can be divided via a closing door into two separate sleeping units for two families sharing. The Padstow accommodation has a separate outhouse with washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is also plenty of space for storing wetsuits, boards etc. Two Kids wetsuits are left for guest usage. Padstow provides easy access to lots of excellent beaches many of which are perfect for surfing. The best include Treyarnon, Trevone, Hawkers Cove, Constantine Bay and Harlyn Bay. All of Rick Steins restaurants are within two minutes walk of the cottage
