Coachman's is a lovely cottage within St Nectan's Glen, a wooded valley of outstanding natural beauty, one mile from Tintagel in Cornwall. This property sleeps two people and has a mezzanine double bedroom as well as a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan sitting room and with dining area and woodburning stove, plus a kitchen. Outside this cottage, there is ample off road parking and shared use of a lawned garden and patio with garden furniture and stream. Coachman's is a cosy romantic retreat and is perfect for exploring the area.

Heating from night storage heaters and additional heating from woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD, CD player etc. Coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer in communal utility room. Starter pack of fuel provided for woodburning stove, extra logs available at £3 per bag. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Shared use of lawned garden and patio with garden furniture and stream. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Pubs and shops 1 mile. Note: No babies/children.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
