Primrose Cottage Bed and Breakfast nestles in wooded countryside and is close to the famous Praa Sands beach.

The house is built around an old miner's cottage and retains much of its old cottage feeling with low ceilings and thick walls. It is nestled in wooded countryside, sheltered from all winds and a natural suntrap. The house is surrounded by a pretty mature garden which is available to the guests.

Primrose Cottage is away from the road, with private parking, there is a separate children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit etc... Dogs are welcome, suitable footpaths lead directly off the cottage.

Situated  in the very heart of West Cornwall, half way between Land's End and the Lizard two miles NW of  Helston, Primrose Cottage is close to the superb beach of Praa Sands and the fishing harbour of Porthleven. Is is a very convenient holiday base, close to most of West Cornwall's high spots, to which you will enjoy returning after a busy day.

Guests have the choice of either one double room en suite or a self contained unit of two double rooms sharing a bathroom The rooms are on the first floor and overlook the garden. They have tea/coffee making facilities and colour televisions.  The guests have their own entrance to the house and their own key allowing them to go as they please.

There is a choice of a cooked or continental breakfast in the dining room or in the garden if the weather is suitable and the guests are agreable to it.

Primrose Cottage is within minutes of quality village pubs, restaurants and take-aways, where you will be able to sample ales from the seven local breweries, fish from the harbours, local meats and vegetables, often in remarkable surroundings, always in good company.
