Ede's Cottage is a stone built cottage situated in the village of Tregreham Mills, one mile from the Eden Project in Cornwall. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Ede's Cottage is a delightful family cottage, close to many attractions and places of interest.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was exceptionally clean and inviting. We were met by one of the owners who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. It was particularly welcome to be given a welcome pack of tea, milk and biscuits on our arrival. The village where the cottage is located is very quiet (which suited us to a tee) and very close to St Austell, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. We would have no hesitation in returning to Ede's cottage and will be recommending it to our friends. Thank you for a lovely week.
