Millstream is one such cottage, set on the banks of the millstream and with its own delightful patio. This little cottage’s living area is unique – a circular studio with everything designed for utmost convenience in an open plan area. Halgabron Mill is surrounded by 20 acres of woodland and garden, and is both beautiful and extraordinarily tranquil.

Electric convector and night storage heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD, radio etc. Coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer in communal utility room. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Private sitting area and shared use of lawned garden with garden furniture and stream. Ample off road parking. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Please note: No babies/children.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The picture and description suggested the property would be lovely but it exceeded all expectations. The house itself was charming and beautiful, the sea was a short and interesting walk away as was a spiritual waterfall with a meditation area and Tintagel itself with a very impressive castle ruin. Absolutely perfect for a romantic break, thank you.
