Nut Cottage is a stone-built detached cottage in a hamlet close to the village of Pentewan and its sandy beach, just three miles from the fishing harbour town of Mevagissey on the South Cornwall coast. With one double bedroom and one single (with an additional pull out child's bed), this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside of the cottage is shared use of the owner's enclosed garden and a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for two cars and bike storage. With the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project close by, Nut Cottage is in an ideal location no matter what you want from your holiday.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

I liked the space and private gardens to sit out for breakfast.Easy access to Mevagissey and St. Austell.safe parking. In all the best of the 6 cottages we have rented through Sykes over the past 3 month of our holiday from Australia. Fantastic cottage
