Oakley House is a detached barn conversion cottage set in extensive grounds near to the Cornish village of Mabe, just four miles from Falmouth. The cottage has five bedrooms (two doubles - one with an ensuite, one twin, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed and a pull out bed) and two family bathrooms, which make it suitable for ten people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a second sitting room with a games console. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars, an ornamental front garden with a pond and an enclosed rear garden with a patio and outdoor furniture. Perfect for large family groups and with fishing available on the Argyle Lake less than half a mile away, Oakley House is a fabulous cottage in a wonderful location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
