Description of property

In a quiet cul-de-sac in St Merryn Holiday Village is the delightful Seven Bays, a single storey chalet. This welcoming chalet sleeps six and has three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one child's bunks. The lodge has a sitting room with dining area, and also an electric fire which sits in a feature fireplace. The doors in the sitting room lead out to the front lawn. The lodge also has a bathroom and fitted kitchen, which also has a door leading to the garden. The superb, enclosed garden is perfect to dine or relax in on a summers evening after a busy day exploring the area. The holiday village has a clubhouse, bar, restaurant and a tennis court. The site has been beautifully decorated with Cornish walls and flowerbeds. With many attractions nearby, Seven Bays in St Merryn is excellent for families and friends.

Off road parking for two cars. Lawned front garden, enclosed lawned rear garden with picnic bench & BBQ. One well behaved dog by prior arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub on site, 3 mins walk.

Pricing information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
