Adjoining the owner's house in the tiny hamlet of Wheal Busy, near Chacewater, is this modern, well-presented semi detached cottage – well positioned five miles from the picturesque coastal village of St Agnes. Able to sleep six people over two double bedrooms and one twin, this property is a great base for all the family, or for a group of friends. With Truro and Newquay nearby, and so much to do in the local area, this holiday home is ideally located so that no matter who you take with you, you’re sure to have a good time.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location of the property was ideal for our needs, as it was central to quite a few different locations which we wanted to visit. The size of the property was fantastic. As there was six of us we did not feel as though we were on top of each other. The overall experience was very relaxing. We would recommend this property to all our friends and families. We would also not hesitate to book this cottage again. We also found the owners to be very nice and friendly.
