The South West Coast Path

Introduction

The South West Coast Path runs throughout Cornwall and Devon stretching in total for over 600 miles.It can be tackled in short walks along all of the Cornish coast. To tackle the whole path from start to finish will take several weeks and is for those looking for a major challenge.

The South West Coastal path is one of the most challenging walks throughout the UK. It can be broken down to many short walks which can be tackled over several years. Some walkers who prefer the challenge will try and do the whole path over several weeks, stopping off in the towns and villages throughout Cornwall and Devon.

The coastal path can be difficult in parts and you should check and plan your route well in advance. Once you have completed your plans, you will find stunning coastal scenery combines with the relaxing countryside views. Writers have described these walks as arguably the best in the world.

The walks can last from an hour to several years, depending on how you energetic you feel.
