Tamarind Cottage is a whitewashed granite terraced cottage, which overlooks the Tamar Valley, 0.3 miles from the village of Gunnislake in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living room with fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburner-style electric stove. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking five minutes walk away and an enclosed gravel front garden with table and benches. Tamarind Cottage is a perfect romantic retreat in a beautiful area of Devon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The Tamar Valley is a very nice venue on the edge of Dartmoor. We enjoyed walking down to the river on the Tamar Trail. The pub food in the vicinity was very good at all those we tried. National Trust Cotehele was a lovely place to visit and close by.
