The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is at the rear of the owner's bungalow, but is completely self contained with its own entrance. This all ground floor cottage is in the hamlet of Trekenner, close to Launceston in Cornwall and sleeps up to three people with one double bedroom, as well as a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen area, dining area and a sitting area, plus space for one child's fold-out bed. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for one car and a private patio, plus shared use of the owner's garden with furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is a lovely cottage in a fantastic area for exploring both Cornwall and Devon.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
It was very quiet, yet the pub was close to hand. There are plenty of walks and very central for both Cornwall and Devon.

,Owners made us particularly welcome with milk and a home baked cake and flowers left for us upon arrival. The Annexe is completely self contained with it's own access and parking space. An ideal base for touring Cornwall and Devon.
