This annexe is attached to the owners’ home, and has one double bedroom which enjoys distant views of Bodmin Moor – a wonderful reminder every morning that you are in lovely Cornwall. The rest of the accommodation is comfortable, and includes a shower room, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a sofabed, meaning this cottage, which is in the village of Rescorla, will appeal to couples, small families or friends alike. Enjoy an evening meal in the small courtyard garden, take the dog for a long walk over the moors or visit the sub-tropical gardens, sandy beaches, or quaint fishing villages dotted around this wonderful holiday area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The closeness to all the things we wanted to do. The Eden project; walking on Bodmin moor; walking along the coast. The weather was kind and we had a great time. We could eat in and out as we wanted and enjoy the sunshine outside in the court yard area.

,A good base for discovering the surrounding Cornwall area. The Annexe was very well kitted out with all that we needed. Enough room for the two of us and our tired pooch, after all our walking! We would recommend!
