The cosy and comfortable accommodation includes three bedrooms; fully fitted kitchen; dining room; and a sitting room with polished wood floor and original features including exposed beams, and patio doors that open onto the delightful garden. North Cornwall’s many visitor attractions and amenities, and the surrounding rolling meadows, spectacular coastline and soft sandy beaches are all within easy reach of The Boat. The village pub, restaurant and shop are just a short stroll away from this pleasant holiday cottage.

Bed linen inc. in rent. Stairgate provided. Off road parking for one car. Well maintained front & rear gardens with patio area, garden furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Pub & shop 3 mins walk. Good local farm shop selling locally produced meats, dairy products, fruit & veg 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Eden project was excellent. Lovely beach at Maenporth when we had a sunny day. Falmouth is a great town to visit.

,Our 5th Sykes cottage. All have been of a very high standard and very comfortable but we put 'The Boat' at the top of our table. It is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and warm. Definitely 'home from home!' We really appreciated the welcome pack. Thank you. The perfect location for visiting Heligan, the Eden Project, Padstow and the North coast etc. We were sad to leave.
