This cosy cottage is built of stone and is simply yet tastefully furnished, to provide delightfully flexible and compact accommodation. This is spread over four floors, and includes two bedrooms, an upper ground floor kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area on the lower ground floor. The gorgeous natural surroundings and abundant local wildlife add a taste of true country life to a holiday spent at Trevone Farm Cottage.

Full oil-fired central heating. Electric cooker with built-in fan-assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair. Small sitting area outside cottage with table and chairs. Off road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop, pub and supermarket 1.5 miles. Note: Steep stairs to second floor double make it unsuitable for young children or the infirm. Note: The only shower is located in first floor bedroom.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Beautiful, well maintained cottage in a quiet area of Cornwall. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The added extras such as tea, coffee, milk and scones made our arrival very welcoming after such a long journey. We would definitely recommend to others, many thanks.

,The cottage was very well maintained, it was comfortable and spotlessly clean. On arrival there were fresh flowers in the lounge and master bedroom and milk in the fridge. The caretaker introduced himself to us and was very helpful. It was in a peaceful location. We liked everything about the holiday!
